Elisabetta Nitti is part of the Firm’s professional team and is specialized in corporate compliance, with a particular focus on privacy (GDPR), Legislative Decree 231/2001 and whistleblowing. She supports companies in adopting effective internal procedures, preventing legal risks and managing corporate governance.

She also has solid expertise in contract law — both standard and complex — corporate law, including extraordinary transactions and M&A, and litigation, assisting in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes.

Within the Firm, she works in close synergy with the various team members, coordinating complex multidisciplinary projects and contributing to the development of integrated legal strategies.
