Francesca Bari is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor and is part of the Firm’s professional team, where she provides tax and corporate advisory services to both individuals and companies. She assists Italian and international clients in ongoing compliance, day‑to‑day operations and strategic evaluations related to corporate taxation and personal tax planning.

She has developed specific expertise in international taxation, with particular focus on the Inpatriate Regime, the management of cross‑border workers and Transfer Pricing matters. She supports clients, groups and multinational organizations in the correct application of regulations, the analysis of cross‑border tax implications and the structuring of internationally relevant flows and transactions. She also deals with ESG – Environmental, Social & Governance issues, with a focus on the administrative, tax and governance impacts associated with sustainability processes.

Her approach combines technical expertise, attention to international aspects and sensitivity to sustainability topics, to offer clients comprehensive, rigorous and long‑term value‑oriented support.
