Luca Sodano provides tax advisory services to individuals and companies, both Italian and international, operating in the industrial, commercial and real estate sectors. He supports clients in strategic decision‑making, in optimizing corporate structures — including through extraordinary M&A transactions — and in managing both ordinary and extraordinary tax compliance. His work is also aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of tax planning, both corporate and personal.

Over the course of his professional activity, he has developed significant experience in supporting emerging businesses such as start‑ups and innovative enterprises. In this field, he assists entrepreneurs from the earliest stages — from company incorporation to obtaining innovative start‑up status — identifying the most advantageous tax incentives and defining valuation models consistent with the project’s stage of development. He also deals with ESG – Environmental, Social & Governance matters, with a focus on the administrative, tax and governance impacts associated with sustainability processes.
